Health & Wellbeing
We’re currently living and working through very challenging and uncertain times which may impact our health and wellbeing. We have introduced Wellbeing Wednesday's where Vicky McDonald, Director of HR and Organisation Development, shares information on different health and wellbeing topics monthly. You can find recent editions of these listed at the bottom of this page.
For support you can access our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), delivered by Health Assured, who are available 24/7 to give free, confidential advice on a range of issues to you and your immediate family.
The Wisdom Health Assured portal and mobile app helps you to learn, grow and thrive – with exciting features including a wellbeing tracker, breathing techniques, four week health plans and mini health checks.
You can access a range of resources and tools including podcasts, articles and webinars on a variety of topics including anxiety, sports and wellbeing, menopause and financial wellbeing.
There are short videos of Bright TV where a number of well-known faces share their experiences and struggles including: Ruby Wax, Dr Alex George and Dame Kelly Holmes.
