Health and Safety

Our Health and Safety team are there to assist the Senior management team ensure that the Growth Company’s sites, businesses and staff are compliant with Health and safety legislation and that people who work for the Growth Company as well as its clients are working in a safe environment. Their work includes advice and guidance on H&S matters, ensuring the Group H&S policy is current and compliant, providing and reviewing procedures, risks are adequately controlled through risk assessments and inspecting our workplaces to ensure they are a safe place for all. They have also been supporting those working from home as well as the office, with workstation assessments and other assessments as required as well as providing training to staff to improve their knowledge and meet legal requirements such as first aid and fire warden training.

The Health and Safety team will continue to support with workstation assessments within the workplace and at home but it’s important that if you are working from home you complete your own workstation assessment every 12 months or if there is a significant change to your workspace. We will be working with site managers to ensure that there are always enough First Aiders and Fire Wardens within the workplace and will be providing further training as required.
