Valued STAR (Special Thanks And Recognition) Awards is our monthly recognition scheme, where you can nominate a colleague to be a Valued STAR for going above and beyond in demonstrating our values, exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude and continually doing great work.
Nominations for monthly Valued STARs are open all month and reviewed by a designated panel at the start of the following month. The panel will shortlist nominations received and decide upon colleagues who will be awarded our Valued STAR. Our Valued STARs for that month will be presented with an award.
You can nominate anyone from the group for an award, whether this someone from a different business area, someone in your team or even your line manager.

October 2024 Winners:
- Beth Hargreaves (BGH) - Beth has demonstrated that she holds the attributes of an excellent manager. Beth is very supportive towards her team and she encourages everyone to do better, offering helpful guidance to all. Beth encourages positivity and a can do attitude, ensuring others feel confident within their roles.
- Rosie Wright (Employment) - Rosie is an incredibly inspirational individual who is always willing to go above and beyond to help others. Known for her helpfulness, warmth, and friendly nature, she consistently puts others' needs first. Over the past two years, Rosie has generously shared her personal lived experience during the 'Breast Cancer Now' awareness sessions organised for her colleagues. Through these sessions, she provided valuable insights and practical tips for supporting others, offering a unique perspective that many found incredibly helpful and empowering. Rosie embodies the GC values of "Stronger Together" and "Make a Positive Difference," role modelling how individuals can uplift and encourage others even in the most difficult of times.
- Leah Morton (Aspire) - Leah has been a tremendous support in delivering several key charitable events, demonstrating her proactive and engaging approach in everything she does. She played a pivotal role in organising many events including the Wear It Pink event at the Liverpool office, contributing to the event's success with her energy and enthusiasm. Throughout all of the initiatives, Leah’s positive attitude and willingness to help have stood out. Whether she’s producing materials, delivering awareness talks, or promoting important health messages like breast awareness, Leah always brings a smile and a collaborative spirit to the table, making her an invaluable asset to the team.
- Janette Eaton (Business Finance) - Janette demonstrates the values of making a positive difference and stronger together. Janette is well respected by her team and all of the management team, she is admired for her selflessness. Janette not only excels in her own work, but she has supported her team in times of uncertainty by switching regularly between roles. Janette has also started to teach and coach other members of the team and regularly goes above and beyond what is required and is always willing to take on other tasks despite any inconvenience to herself.
- Sandra Andrews (Finance) - Sandra has been an invaluable team member in Finance over the past month, especially during a challenging period marked by three vacancies within the team. Despite the under-resourcing, she has consistently gone above and beyond expectations, maintaining the team's performance and upholding its reputation. Throughout this demanding period, Sandra maintained a calm, professional demeanor and was praised by colleagues for her excellent customer service, as well as her friendly and welcoming approach to the new team members.
September 2024 Winners:
- Taymer Pugh (BGH) - Taymer has demonstrated the values of stronger together and doing the right thing. Taymer took ownership of allocating the creation of 88 jobs to various workstreams in a fair manner, and informed of the positive outcomes created. The work she did resulted in it being proposed as a methodology of fair distribution of jobs and the impact on other workstreams.
- Sharnie Rose (Employment) - Sharnie has established herself as an integral member of the team. She has shown skill and expertise in helping those with neurodiversities to better understand their conditions. She has empowered service users to improve their own wellbeing. Sharnie has had a positive effect on GC's reputation and the Personal Wellbeing Service. She has highlighted the value of making a positive difference.
- Grace Beel (Employment) - Grace has effectively managed a caseload across two prisons, ensuring all her cases are seen and supported promptly. She has also picked up additional work to ensure the team hit their targets and avoid missing deadlines. She supports both her colleagues and clients.
- Stuart McPherson (Corporate Services) - Stuart embodies values of make a positive difference and build on success. He is incredibly dedicated and takes a considered and comprehensive approach to everything he does. He has worked closely with HR and OD colleagues to produce the Dignity at Work campaign, engaged with EDI networks to develop messaging and campaign concepts that were beyond expectations. He's also started work on the SharePoint project scoping it and bringing people on board.
- June Lloyd (Skills) - June has been recognised as one of the most hardworking, supportive and reliable colleagues who makes her learners feel listened to and valued. She empowers people to overcome barriers to achieve their qualifications enabling them to believe in themselves and progress. June is recognised for being a fantastic team member that always goes above and beyond to support both her colleagues and learners.
August 2024 Winners:
- Stephanie Boyle (Corporate Services) – Steph has demonstrated the stronger together and empowering people values. Recently the Marketing Manchester events team was tasked with delivering an online event. They noticed this is an area of skills they needed to develop and so reached out to Steph for support teaching them how to use online event software. Steph not only trained them on the software, but also supported in the planning and delivery of two online events which benefited their understanding of the software greatly, but also completely did not fall under her responsibilities.
- Amelia Glover (Employment) – Amelia has gone above and beyond to support the other offices in South Yorkshire, as well as our newer offices in Worksop and Mansfield, to deliver training, support and guidance on project co-ordinator roles and best practice for the smooth running of the office. Amelia has covered other sites during annual leave, where there is only one member of staff, to ensure no impact on the business. She's trained newer project co-ordinators from across the region to ensure each office runs the same and supports them in to their new role.
- Rebecca Taylor (Central Services) – Rebecca is extremely organised and focused and nothing is ever too much trouble. She has come to the rescue of the team on several occasions and is always willing to help and support - including purchase order nightmares, cost code conundrums and credit card dilemmas. Rebecca without a doubt embraces the GC values and is such a pleasure to work with.
- Paul Vicario (BGH) – Paul is relatively new to our organisation, joining in October/November time at the beginning off the team's UKSPF/Dynamic journey. There have been a number of the team struggling with the transition to Dynamics, and Paul has made himself available at every opportunity to take time out of his own busy schedule to help in anyway he can. In particular he organised a 'team admin day' in June, where everyone was invited to the office. Paul continues to help and advise whenever he can, and is also the first to respond to posts on our MS Teams chat in helping on any questions and queries we have.
- Emma Woolley (Corporate Services) – Emma has gone above and beyond in building improvements to our Unit 4 requisitioning process, created a training module as well as a huge number of instructional videos and guides. This is 'above and beyond' as it is a huge project on top of an extremely demanding role. This project has been discussed for many years in Finance and Procurement with slow progress. With Emma's determination and drive, we have finally produced something of an extremely high standard that has been desperately needed to support our colleagues to compliantly transact GC business.
July 2024 Winners:
- Emma Connolly (BGH) – Emma has kept our morale up with her wellbeing support to help us remain "calm" and focused despite some of the challenges we have all faced recently with our UKSPF/Dynamic journey. Along with a colleague, she helped organise a couple of fun learning days, where we could all share best practice. Not only were they successful in terms of our individual development on the 'Dynamics' system, but we managed to progress a number of outcomes and impacts.
- Finlay Callender-Wood (Centre for Assessment) – Finlay has been a champion for mental health over the last few months, regularly giving talks at our full team meetings to raise awareness about mental health challenges and start an open conversation around it. His positive attitude and enthusiasm for the topic has been very heartening to see, and he is a great influence on the team. He's recently arranged a "Wellness Coffee & Catch up" as an opportunity for CfA colleagues to chat without the focus being on work. He went out of his way to make sure this event was as inclusive as possible for all attending, finding a nearby coffee shop that was suitable for everyone to attend. I feel like this is an excellent example of "Stronger Together" as the aim of this was to help the team catch up and reconnect.
- Julia Boaler (Employment) – Julia absolutely deserves the recognition for the great work she does to support performance in Sheffield. She clearly is a fantastic sales person and has supported with business development to bring on new employers and job opportunities for our participants. In the last week alone, Julia has secured 10 new employers with multiple vacancies which will hopefully lead to ongoing relationships for GC and job starts for our participants. This goes towards supporting with business development and bringing on new business to increase performance for Sheffield. This is a great example of all the GC values and contributes to the overall success of the team.
- Emily Hanton (Centre for Assessment) – Emily has been the embodiment of our 'Stronger Together' GC value since she started with us late last year. Throughout her probation, as well as in Q1 she has excelled in exceeding all her objectives, including a challenging 'stretch' objective, and also been a team player since day one. She's gone above and beyond for her colleagues, supporting every standards sub-team in campaigns and administration tasks outside the general scope of her role. When colleagues have been on leave/sick, she's always the first to offer up her time and support to help provide cover, lighten the load and retain our service availability for clients.
- Dominic Brooke (The Manufacturing Institute) – Dominic has demonstrated the values of 'empowering people' and making a 'positive difference' by supporting members of other marketing teams to use Apollo AI. Dominic has taught himself the programme and has passed on his learning to us, so that we can build more successful campaigns. Dominic's gone out of his way to help us get to grips with Apollo AI. He's patiently helped us with all the set-up, and met with IT to clear up technical issues. This is an important campaign to Made Smarter and his support has been invaluable. He has given up a lot of his time to help and it's greatly appreciated.
June 2024 Winners:
- Goitom Negash (Employment) – During the Refugee Employability Programme (REP) event held in Sheffield on 19 June, Goitom delivered his personal story, from Refugee to Employment Advisor on REP. This was delivered to a varied audience, including representatives from the Home Office, Service Users and referral partners. His story, whilst greatly personal, was delivered with passion and exceptional conviction and professionalism. It was plain to see that the whole audience were fully engaged with his powerful presentation. At the end of Goitom's presentation the roof was very nearly lifted of the building with some fantastic and very well deserved applause.
- Mahrukh Ahmed (Comms & Marketing) – Despite being a relatively new colleague within the team, Mahrukh is already proving to be an indispensable talent. As an excellent videographer, photographer, and creative, she's already completed 12 videos and 8 photographic sessions, supporting various areas of the Group. She also plays a vital role in voicing her opinions during design catch-ups, stronger together, which is especially important during this time of change as we work through brand evolution in GC. Mahrukh did the right thing by using her knowledge to evaluate the equipment we have and identify what was no longer fit-for-purpose. She recommended specifications for new equipment that will achieve better long-term results for her role in fulfilling our business requests.
May 2024 Winners:
- Naomi Lie (Business Growth Hub) – Naomi is an advocate for doing the right thing in the Hub. No stone is unturned with managing our Workshops & Events bookings, especially those who are new leads to the business. Naomi will ask the right questions with her peers across BGH to ensure we're maximising the customer journey, making sure we are compliant and ensuring the impact. Naomi supported the procurement process of onboarding 6 new delivery partners, and worked with our Procurement Manager answering any questions and finalising details – Naomi had identified she wanted to work on this for her career development and did a fantastic job in the process.
- Anushka Parekh (Human Resources) – Eager to continuously learn and support others, Anushka is a valued member of the team. She consistently strives to make a positive difference which has an impact on so many colleagues. Anushka's always the first to volunteer to support EDI activities and campaigns and contribute to new ideas. She's an active member of the Women's network, EmbRace, plus she's a Mental Health Champion and a Mental Health First Aider in addition to her day job. She's always willing to help out and support others, whether that be through creating content on short videos, writing blogs to share her lived experience, or running an online workshop. Anushka consistently goes above and beyond.
- Ruth Bullivant-Layton Education & Skills) – Ruth goes above an beyond for her learners in every course she delivers. The learners value Ruth for not only the way she adapts her delivery methods to meet needs, but her warmth, understanding and sense of humour. Reviews often have personal comments on how following attending a course delivered by Ruth, the learner feels they can face new challenges and excel in their working and educational lives. Truly dedicated, she has adapted course content to bring in a reality to her delivery that learners can take away and use for years to come in their careers. Ruth sees beyond completing a course and thinks about the learner as a whole supporting with soft skills, employability and welfare support often in her own time.
- Jennifer Cowperthwaite (Employment) – Over several months, Jennifer has worked incredibly hard to increase the quality of all the IAG advisers’ work, helping them to navigate a period of considerable change for the IAG custody service. Digital Prisoner Learner Plans (D-PLPs) have been rolled out, which has required significant changes to daily adviser duties, and has not been easy to implement. Jenn spends at least two full days per week (usually more) actually working and coaching in the prisons, as well as juggling her managerial duties. She also continues to nurture a very positive relationship with New Futures Networks’ new GMMC coordinator, a relationship that calls for a good deal of diplomacy and tact, which has contributed to our significant good standing with HMPPS and positive feedback from most recent two Ofsted monitoring visits.
- Carrie Abraham (Employment) – Carrie has been an asset to the team, the residents she works with and local employers in Salford. Nothing is too much trouble for Carrie, she goes above and beyond on a daily basis to make sure she is always doing the right thing - always with a positive attitude. She brings up wider issues she's seeing in the community to management, to ensure she has the support to resolve them. Carrie has faced a lot of change and has taken all of the challenges in her stride, with a very positive attitude. She's engaged with evaluating monitoring information to be presented to the council, supported leading the Innovation Fund contract, presented in front of key Council stakeholders, represented the service at Health and Social Care boards, managed Meet the Employer events and Job Fairs... all proactively to go above and beyond her role.
April 2024 Winners:
- Janine Richardson (Business Growth Hub) – Janine has gone above and beyond in her role in many different ways. Janine has spent long hours - hours over and above extensively at evenings and weekends supporting the delivery team within Skills for Growth (SfG) to ensure we achieved the high targets within this area, but also to ensure that the redundancy consultations went smoothly. More recently Janine has spent a lot of time working on areas outside of her job role to support her colleagues in all aspects of delivery. Janine has been fully involved in the development of Dynamics and the role out of the initial training for this but she also recognised the need to support her colleagues by the roll out of the refresher training on areas that her colleagues were struggling with.
- Bianca Altam (Employment) – Bianca is a Support Worker in Bradford Activity Hub. Due to staff shortages in York Bianca was asked if she would mind coming and helping out in the York Activity Hub, which meant additional travel and time for her to do this, and despite this being tiring for her she continued to support our Hub with a smile on her face. As a result of the additional support from Bianca we were able to continue to run activities in the Hub. Bianca is a trained chef and used her skills and experience to run the weekly cooking group. The feedback from participants was extremely positive as she was able to show them how to cook food on a budget, at one point we had a waiting list for sessions due to the popularity of her groups. This helped us to achieve our monthly targets for Life Skills and Independent Living.
- Jade Duxbury (Education & Skills) – Jade has been working on the L3 AEB contract which has been a challenging contract with many changes so far this year. Jade has had numerous learners write in to provide feedback about how informative and helpful she has been in explaining their course to them. We've also received feedback from the sales team on multiple occasions where Jade has helped resolve issues which are outside of her daily role. Jade has also supported new members of the team in understanding the process and eligibility.
- Colette Starkey (Business Growth Hub) – Colette is such a vital team member and makes a positive difference daily. Although she doesn't work directly for Green Economy, her role to support our contract management is paramount to a successful delivery. She strives to do the right thing always but in a way that makes the teams work easier and streamlined.
- Cath Finlayson (Education & Skills) – Cath's input to the team, and GC as a whole, goes 'above and beyond' over and again. She is constantly reminding the team of GC values as an inspiration of what we can actually achieve. Cath is always willing to listen to her team be that regarding work or personal life. She is very supportive and will always take the time to ask about our families especially if there has been any kind of upset at home. All of the small things that she does amount to something huge, and highlight her belief in our core values.
March 2024 Winners:
- Stephanie Boyle (Corporate Services) – Steph shows a holistic approach to projects being delivered across group and has a real grasp on how doing the right thing for the wider group can build on our success. Her positive attitude really does make a difference and her support has been invaluable. Steph recently supported Green Economy with our West Yorkshire launch event. The team at Green Economy concentrated on networking and talking to businesses about support, and didn't have to worry about any organisational aspects prior or on the day.
- Scott Whittaker (Business Growth Hub) – Scott is always going above and beyond to support his team, and now those from outside his team and business unit. He builds on his own success of developing an understanding of process to empower people to learn. His excellent teaching style makes a positive difference to those who access his support. By doing the right thing and supporting colleagues who are struggling with the new ways of working, Scott is really living by the GC values. He has a brilliant coaching style.
- Sam Thorpe (Business Growth Hub) – There are a number of our values where Sam has gone above and beyond, but the stand out are "make a positive difference", "stronger together" and "do the right thing". Whilst there have been some issues with the transition to Dynamics, Sam has really got stuck into the processes and has seen the positive about the system from the outset. Sam has been a real go to person for members of the team with question and query support. She'll always follow-up and reaches out as soon as she has diary space. What's equally impactful is she works through the issues together with others, which improves others' knowledge and speeds up the service to the client.
- Ian McHale (Employment) – Ian has been instrumental in the delivery of our flagship wellbeing programme, delivered in partnership with Everton in the Community and has replicated this, delivering a similar programme from our office at Liverpool Film Studios, which has enabled those service users, who may not have been able to access the EitC programme due to restrictions, ensure that they are able to gain similar benefits. Ian has worked extensively with another colleague Chris Cheng, (also a recipient of a Valued Star Award), both of whom have gone above and beyond their roles, working to set up a cycling for wellbeing group for our service users.
- Christopher Cheng (Employment) – Chris has been instrumental in setting up a range of group interventions for approved premises, an area of the MOJ, which has often been overlooked. Chris had previously qualified as a gym instructor, using his knowledge and skills to deliver exercise and fitness sessions at the three approved premises across Merseyside, promoting opportunities to service users and also working to increase referrals from each approved premises. Chris continues to empower our service users in making positive choices and lifestyle changes. Additionally, Chris is helping our service to build on success. Our group offer and recent developments have been recognised for the positive impact upon service users by our commissioning team from the MOJ.
- Sarah Griffiths (Marketing Manchester) – Sarah has a fantastic work ethic and is an exemplar of excellence in her work. She strives to deliver the best and her attention to detail and organisations skills are second to none. She shares her experience with her team, bringing them and her colleagues to aspire to the same level of excellence and positive attitude to events delivery. Sarah has delivered a fantastic MIDAS Networking Drinks event for 120 senior guests in spite of multiple changes leading up to the event. She did not panic and went straight into 'solution mode' and the event ran smoothly.
February 2024 Winners:
- Tracy Davis (Business Growth Hub) – Tracy has over the last 6 months gone above and beyond her role in many ways. She has spent long hours supporting all delivery teams and leadership in the mobilisation/implementation of our new UK SPF contracts, but also commercial contracts we have won. In addition to her role, Tracy has also been fully involved in not just the design of the new Dynamics CRM, the testing of the system, the full day in person training roll out to the teams followed by the refresher sessions delivered online. These activities are not included in Tracy's job role and show the above and beyond activity she has taken part in.
- Goitom Nagash (Employment) – Goitom goes above and beyond to spread the GC core values to both participants and service users. He manages a busy diary, yet still finds the time in a day to offer additional help where he can. He reaches out to the Engagement Co-ordinators at REP to offer his limited time where he can to provide professional translations to further benefit the REP contract and minimise additional costs to translator services. He is always polite and professional and always has a smile on his face. It's nice to see someone go the extra lengths and still thoroughly enjoy his job. He makes a positive difference and is a huge asset to the team and contract. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Service users speak highly of him and he definitely empowers them ready to build on success.
- Peter Gaunt (Business Growth Hub) – Peter is our Senior Business Advisor, managing a team of seven Business Advisors. He is always available to talk to us when we have issues. He works very hard to support us. We have challenged him a lot as a team during the changes we are going through with digital transformation. He always remains calm and tries to find solutions.
- Amanda Sullivan (Employment) – Amanda has come onto our team to cover a long term illness. She has gone above and beyond to engage with the participants to ensure they are engaging and looking at work or moving closer to work. She sees the maximum amount of participants she can in a day doing a variety of things to support and empower them, from helping with job applications, sorting out what they need for an interview or job start. She is professional in everything she does and always maintains a positive outlook, knowledgeable and capable, making a massive difference with her support in the week she has been with us.
- Stephanie Boyle (Corporate Services) – Steph has gone above and beyond by putting all the presenters at ease, dealt with queries so positively and instilled confidence amongst nervous presenters. She has really empowered colleagues to use new technology. She's responded warmly to queries, even going on stage when poorly to help a colleague in need. Her lovely upbeat way and encouragement inspires everyone to make a positive difference.
January 2024 Winners:
- Eamonn Beirne (Employment) – Eamonn devoted two full days of his own time to deliver Outcome Star training to our DD and Supply Chain colleagues on the new STS contract. He shared his expertise in a passionate and engaging way, ensuring trainees fully understood how to apply the Star methodology in their work. He tailored the training specifically to the needs of STS partners to help them hit the ground running in their roles. The feedback from trainees showed the training has hugely benefited their understanding and confidence in using Outcome Star to support customers. His efforts have promoted a culture of collaboration and success across contracts, strengthening our partnerships as we work towards shared goals.
- Clare Ryan (Education & Skills) – Clare's work is always brilliant, but a recent example would be her exceptional work in relation to the OFSTED inspection and the successful full closure of the SfG contract.
- Jake Croxton (Business Growth Hub) – Jake's analysed complex data, which involved him having to understand the data, then come up with a solution which fitted the needs of not only the KAM team, but some of the other new Account Management teams in the Business Growth Hub. In addition he has worked on a tracking and analysis team, which gives a view at any time of how the team is performing against KPIs. This will be used going forward and will provide excellent management data.
- Georgina Morrison (Education & Skills) – Georgina does not just build the portfolios, she wants to learn and understand the why not just the how. SDT's can use the IQA process to identify things that are wrong in their assessment/portfolio build, but Georgina strives to arm herself with the knowledge to get this right first time. Georgina proactively does her research and comes with solutions / suggested course of action, proactively reaching out for advise and support, or even just a second opinions in her pursuit to achieve perfection, expressing genuine gratitude for the support provided.
December 2023 Winners:
- Matthew Gale (Employment) – ‘Make a positive difference’ / ‘Stronger together’
Matthew consistently goes above and beyond with our GC Values particularly 'making a positive difference' and 'stronger together' through his behaviours which he demonstrates through his involvement as a member of the Health and Wellbeing EDI Network and as a Neurodiversity Champion - Kelly Gray (Business Growth Hub) – ‘Build on success‘ / Stronger together’
Kelly has demonstrated how she builds on success and how we are stronger together. Kelly is a strong collaborator who can spot opportunities for personal development as well as positioning BGH in Tameside. - Yunyang Xia (MIDAS) – ‘Make a positive difference’
Yunyang is consistently going above and beyond to make a positive difference within the organisation. Her consistent commitment over the past few months in putting in long hours in the support and delivery of major high profile events and in-visits as well as her continued commitment to ensuring that the city-region's interests vis-a-vis our work in a complex but critically important market such as China are well represented should be commended. To add, as a relatively new member of the team, she has done a fantastic job of supporting other team members and empowering others in the team to develop - both at MCF as well as other new colleagues such as Alex Jones and his work on the Japan mission. - Jack Mitchell Wilkinson (MIDAS) – ‘Make a positive difference’
Make a Positive Difference: Since the beginning of this year, Jack has had to step up and take a leading role in supporting MIP following on from the departure of its Director. Jack has shown a willingness to go above and beyond and step into positions that may not have typically been expected of a young Project Manager in his position.
November 2023 Winners:
- Sarah Woodhams (Made Smarter) – ‘Build on Success’
Sarah has been instrumental in helping to deliver the BGH Dynamics project and representing Made Smarter and her colleagues in this process. She has attended workshops, helped to refine requirements, been involved in testing and validation and has been instrumental in helping the team to prepare for training and launch. She always brings a healthy dose of optimism to the conversation and appetite to move to better ways of working, even if the change process may be a little bumpy in the short term. She is pragmatic and looks for solutions and ways to make it work, rather than focussing on issues and pain points. She is able and willing to focus on the end game and the vision, rather than get hung up on temporary, short term inconveniences. - Mark Walker (Education & Skills) – ‘Make a Positive Difference’
I am thrilled to nominate Mark for the Valued Star Award in recognition of his exceptional dedication and contributions as a tutor in the recent Green Skills Bootcamp. Mark truly embodies our organisational values, consistently going above and beyond in his role. - George Quiligotti (CfA) – ‘Build on success’
After three years at CfA, George has recently changed roles from Digital Marketing Specialist to Marketing Manager. This is a demonstration of his commitment to his role and his desire to make a real to our work. George is thriving in his new role and I want him to be recognised for all he has achieved, especially by the way he empowers his colleagues and builds on the success of our marketing efforts, taking us to the best ROI of our marketing investment that we have ever had. - Amanda Farrell (Employment) – ‘Do the right thing’
Amanda has been recognised for going above and beyond in her role and taking on further tasks whilst the team was short staffed due to illness. Her role is normally phoned based on several occasions she has gone above and beyond and attended sites where needed. - Janelle Woodley (Employment) – ‘Empower people’
Janelle is the only support worker in the Scarborough Activity hub at the moment, she has taken on all participants and works extremely well in our team, without Janelle, the Hub would not be as it is and she deserves the STAR reward for her outstanding excellent work. Since I have started in September, she and the rest of the Scarborough Team has made me feel extremely welcome, and there the communication here is superb, we're a tight knit team but very welcoming.
