As a people-centred organisation we want to use AI in a way that supports our colleagues to do what they do best and enhances the delivery of our services.    

Since our initial thinking on AI which we took to the GC Board in March and which informed the launch of our GenAI business support chatbot, we have been progressing with our wider understanding of the technology and developing a set of principles and guidelines to support our use of AI across the organisation.   

On these pages you can access a suite of resources, including our AI principles, AI policy, and practical FAQs to give colleagues clear advice, tips, and dos and don’ts on using AI tools responsibly and with confidence.
