GC's EDI Steering Committee is a representative body that acts as a ‘voice for all’ and recognises the differing needs of individuals, including recruitment, selection, training, appraisal, development, and promotion of our colleagues here at GC.
It identifies any problems, proposes relevant EDI actions, and monitors the effectiveness of these actions. The aim of the committee is to influence GC's organisational and cultural change and to raise awareness to ensure that everyone that works at GC feels valued.
The EDI Steering Committee is responsible for supporting the strategic direction and leadership of GC’s Corporate Plan and overseeing the delivery of our EDI Objectives and Action Plan, as an employer, as a regulator and as a service provider. It supports and oversees the work of our 8 EDI Network Groups.
