Our commitment to tackling inequality

We’re an equal opportunities employer and we support a safe working environment for all our colleagues, and the people and businesses we work with.

We want colleagues, learners, associates, and contractors to feel comfortable and empowered to reach out when they have a concern.

We provide quarterly updates around any reported incidents of bullying, discrimination, harassment or victimisation, which are shared with our Senor Management Team (SMT).

They outline all ‘dignity at work’ related formal complaints received (from colleagues, customer complaints, our HR processes, supply chain, safeguarding and whistleblowing).
