At GC, we want everyone to feel that they belong, and we are committed to creating an environment where all individuals are valued and treated with respect.

The fundamental principles of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) are core to our values and ways of working.

Approximately 15-20% of the population has a neurological difference. When it comes to inclusion, neurodiversity refers to a world where neurological differences are recognised and respected as all other human variations.

Research has shown that being neurodivergent can have a huge impact on your mental wellbeing, so we think it’s important to promote practices which can support our colleagues to maintain good mental health as well as reduce stress levels.

To mark Neurodiversity Celebration Week, which is 17th-23rd March, we're running a 'Virtual Bitesize session to practice key Breathwork Techniques and Stretches to improve Your Physical and Mental Wellbeing' on Thursday 20th March (10-10:30 AM)

This session will cover a few simple techniques to practice during your daily routine.

Watch this introduction video from Christina Whittingham from yogasocialclub.com who explains what you can expect from the session:

Thank you for your continued commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. We look forward to seeing you at the session. A calendar invite has been published.
