GC’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) came together for a workshop on Thursday 12 February to help shape the Group’s new Leadership Competencies.
We are developing a Leadership Competencies Framework to support our people managers, which will include training and development opportunities for current and aspiring leaders across GC.
Around 50 colleagues took part on the session in the Sunshine Suite to refine and narrow down the long list of competencies provided by Group SMT. It was a really constructive session with lots of positive feedback from the breakout sessions.
Next, Business Unit champions and HR & OD colleagues will facilitate workshops with colleague groups (ECCs, EDI networks, managers from across GC) to review and help define the leadership competencies.
