Last month, we shared that our GC’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) came together for a workshop to help shape the Group’s new Leadership Competencies.
We are developing a Leadership Competencies Framework to support our people managers, which will include training and development opportunities for current and aspiring leaders across GC.
Business Unit champions and HR & OD colleagues will facilitate workshops with colleague groups (ECCs, EDI networks, managers from across GC) to review and help define the leadership competencies.
