At GC, we want everyone to feel that they belong, and we are committed to creating an environment where all individuals are valued and treated with respect.
The fundamental principles of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) are core to our values and ways of working.
Approximately 15-20% of the population has a neurological difference. When it comes to inclusion, neurodiversity refers to a world where neurological differences are recognised and respected as all other human variations.
To mark Neurodiversity Celebration Week, which is 17th-23rd March, our Health & Wellbeing EDI Network and the Neurodiversity Champion subgroup have organised three informal sessions for our colleagues to join – with the aim to increase understanding and to continue to foster an inclusive culture:
- Neurodiversity Celebration Week Quiz on Monday 17th March 3-3:30 PM
– We’re hosting an informal quiz for you to test your own understanding as well as an opportunity to learn more. You’ll need access to a mobile phone or computer to interact with our quiz. - Neurodiversity Celebration Week hybrid ‘Drop-in’ session on Tuesday 18th March (10-10:30 AM)

- Virtual Bitesize session to practice key Breathwork Techniques and Stretches to improve Your Physical and Mental Wellbeing on Thursday 20th March (10-10:30 PM)
