Centre for Assessment contract extension

Centre for Assessment (CfA),have received a 12 month extension to contract for the license to deliver Lexcel assessments for The Law Society in England and Northern Ireland.  

Lexcel is the legal practice quality mark for client care, compliance and practice management.  

CfA manage a team of associate assessors working across the country supporting over 800 legal teams in the public and private sector, achieving 97% overall customer satisfaction, with an 81 net promoter score.

An exceptional year for Growth Flag

 

 

Since it launched in January 2023, Growth Flag has hit the ground running with a series of fantastic achievements: 

  • Strategic partnerships have been established with Tees Valley Combined Authority, North Of Tyne Combined authority, Cheshire West & Chester Council, and others. 
  • These relationships have positioned the Growth Flag team as experts in public sector growth, with plans to expand the product's influence into councils and growth hubs
  • Growth Flag will be represented at several prestigious events this year, including UKREiiF. 
  • Growth Flag+ has also been launched, providing tailored, evidence-based insight reports to help maximise growth in local places across the UK. Multiple clients have already come onboard.  
  • Growth Flag is already equipping frontline business support advisors within the Boost Lancashire program, helping to revolutionise business support insights and business growth strategies. 
  • Growth Flag continues to work with the Enterprise Research Centre to develop their very own Growth Dashboard to identify growth potential across the UK. The teams are working to create a new Productivity Heroes Report that focuses on businesses that are 3+ years old, 1-249 employees and are growing their turnover and employees.
