Our two-part 'Let’s Talk Wellbeing and Resilience' webinar could help you answer these questions. Attend if you want to:
- take part in a fun interactive session on how to make small positive changes to your lifestyle.
- learn to recognise a habit you would like to change to positively impact your mental health and wellbeing.
- eliminate procrastination.

Part one is on Wednesday 17th January with our Health and Wellbeing EDI Network, where our keynote speaker, Kat Thorne from The Morning Game Changer, will explain how one small habit can change your day. Let us know if you’ve not received this calendar invite (Communications@growthco.uk).
At the end of this session you’ll be invited to take part in the ‘21-day habit tracker challenge’ – a fun way to implement some changes to your personal and/or professional life.
We’ll then catch up with Kat for the part two on 14th February at 1pm, where you can reflect on and share (if you want to) your experiences using the tracker.
It’ll also include a deep-dive into the habit formation framework, so you can continue to take action with the new positive habit.
