IT Service Desk – Change of Support Hours

From Monday 1st July, the IT Service Desk will have a change of support hours

This decision's been made after analysis of the numbers of calls we receive at various times throughout the day. 

As the numbers received after 5pm are negligible, we've made the decision to close at 5pm, to then move team availability to our busiest time, which is in the morning. 

This also brings us in-line with the rest of the corporate service support teams.

The hours of support will be 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
