As we are now using Skype for Business more and more, we have noticed an issue people are experiencing especially when joining back to back Skype calls.
The problem occurs where back to back meetings are being held and attendees for the next meeting have abruptly joined the current call (this will result in attendees for the next meeting being able to listen in on the contents of a previous meeting, if joining early).
In the interests of privacy and confidentiality, there are further Skype for Business meeting options that you need to be aware of to ensure the above does not happen. This will also enable you to have granular control of the Skype for Business meetings such as who is directly allowed to attend, whilst also managing features such as disabling items like instant messaging during a meeting.
Please read this guide on how to control access to meetings.
