Good Employment Week in 2024 will be a celebration of fair and equitable work practices across Greater Manchester. Taking place from 7th to 11th October 2024, this year’s event will engage employers and employees in a city-wide conversation about the importance of fairness in the workplace. From insightful panel discussions to interactive experiences, Good Employment Week aims to shine a spotlight on what makes a workplace truly inclusive and supportive.

A key highlight of this year’s campaign is the launch of an interactive Snakes & Ladders game, designed to raise awareness about workplace inequalities. In just 15 minutes, participants will gain valuable insights into fair work practices while reflecting on their own journey through the workplace. This engaging game, available from the 7th October on the Good Employment Week site, encourages both employees and employers to think deeply about inclusivity and fair work. Be sure to give it a try!
