GC Employment has launched The United for Refugees initiative, a service aimed at complementing the support Restart scheme providers already deliver and to enhance the experience of refugees on the scheme.
As an organisation with comprehensive experience and understanding of the challenges faced by refugees, GC, through United for Refugees can help enhance their journey to employment, and their integration and ESOL needs.
Employment Advisors will have access to dedicated case workers with experience in supporting refugees into employment, many with lived refugee experiences themselves. They will also offer translation services in the participants’ native language. Participants will have access dedicated and personalised support in employment, integration and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages).
Through the United for Refugees initiative, GC Employment leverages its extensive experience to provide personalised support for refugees, enhancing their journey to employment, integration, and language.
