The event was a great opportunity for the GC Angels team to connect with innovators, investors, and business leaders who are shaping the future of entrepreneurship and investment.
Our CEO Mark Hughes also took to the stage for the 'Strategic Shifts in Investment Post-Budget' panel discussion, exploring what's next for early-stage investments and how we can best support innovative businesses across the North.
During the panel, Mark noted that we are in a period now where regions are understanding that working together is important, and that "everybody needs to grow together" so economic growth can reach all areas of the UK.
