About the celebrations, Charlotte Clewes, Restart Service Manager - Doncaster told us:

"The team have worked consistently hard and we wanted an awards day to reflect their hard work and performance. We showcased our a 'contract-to-date' stats and figures, and highlighted the significant number of people we have supported on Restart in Doncaster. With the first month now completed into the contract extension, the team have worked exceptionally to achieve maximus targets for job start performance and job outcomes."

Overall highest achiever - Kay Palmer, Employment Advisor said:

"Absolutely amazed that GC have recognised employment advisors – even the new ones that have just started got recognition! I was not expecting to get the award for Overall highest achiever 28 job starts and 11 job outcomes, as I only started the role 1st April this year. The award was very uplifting and raised team spirit in the office and was very appreciated "

"I Was well shocked to have won this, and really chuffed to bits. It's nice to have recognition and it just shows hard work pays off – thank you."

Quarterly Job Start Award joint winner, Tia Hughes, Employment Advisor, explained what it felt like receiving the award:

"It was really lovely to be recognised at GC for the hard work and results. We are one big team at Doncaster and I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating with them and showing them all my rewards ('dinner on me', an hour to take back x2, some vouchers, chocolates and a trophy). The trophy sits pride of place on my desk!"
