After three years of working on the Creating Future Opportunities CFO Activity Hubs contract from Synergy Building, Sheffield, the team's contract came to an end on the 31st July.
GC has been successful in the bid for CFO Evolution programme, which went live on 1st August – and the team opened their doors on 12th August for participants.
Their new vibrant, open spaced and friendly hub is situated on the ground floor of St James House, Sheffield.
Our tailored action plans focus on helping participants learn about the value of leading law-abiding lives, whilst focusing on their future. Our support includes employment, education and training, positive relationships, reducing social isolation, community integration, wellbeing, life skills and so much more.
About the launch, Teigan Higgins, CFO Service Manager on the CFO Evolution programme told us:
"As Service Manager, I've witnessed in awe the impact our support has had on so many peoples lives. We often measure success by getting a job, or finding accommodation, all of which are huge successes, but here at the Activity Hub we have celebrated each and every individual win, from someone learning to cook a meal, to someone joining in a group session for the first time, to someone learning to accept their past and move forward. As a team, we change lives and we celebrate all success'".
