Naomi joined GC in June 2008 on the ‘Stepping Stones into Work’ contract, which was based in Moston and Longsight (in Manchester).
Naomi then worked on the ‘ILM’ contract as an advisor, before moving into a lead role in 2010. Shortly after, the DWP ‘Work Programme’ began, Naomi moved into the Employer Engagement Service Manager role and was instrumental in setting up GC’s provision in South Yorkshire in 2012.
In 2016 Naomi managed the Aspire Recruitment Agency, before moving into a Partnership Manager role in Greater Manchester. Over the years, the remit and geography of this role developed and she became a Head of Strategic Partnerships & External Projects and now a Director role.
Naomi now leads a partnership and EDI team for GC Employment and heads up our stakeholder activity as well as projects including EmployGM, United for Ukraine, Jobs for Hongkongers and the Employment Legal Advice Service.
