Salaam Remi - the iconic hip hop, reggae, R&B, soul producer who has frequently worked with Nas, Amy Winehouse and many others since launching his career in the mid-1980s. He released a protest album in 2020 titled Black On Purpose. It opens with a Malcolm X speech and closes with a stunning ‘Strange Fruit’ cover sung by Betty Wright.
