Ian Williams specialises in the direct delivery of innovative property services to homes and buildings across housing, education, retirement living, and commercial sectors.
The company came on board with GC about 14 months ago, after seeing our advertisement for a Property Maintenance Operative L2 Apprenticeship. Our unique selling point was the way we delivered this – ‘We come to you’ – which is different to the regular college delivery method.
We originally enrolled 8 of their apprentices: 7 young men and 1 young lady, spread across the country from Bournemouth, Cardiff and all the way up to Burnley – with another apprentice starting two months later.
The first 8 have now all taken their End Point Assessment (EPA), with 6 passes and one gaining a distinction, whilst at the time of writing this e-mail, we're awaiting one further result.
On the back of this great success, Ian Williams are delighted to enrol another 8 apprentices with us, who started their journey with GC last month.
